No right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs

The offer of AURONIQ ROBOTICS GmbH is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB, legal entities under public law as well as special public assets.

Contracts with consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB are not concluded.

Since our offers, products and services are exclusively intended for entrepreneurs, there is no legal consumer right of withdrawal.

Binding of orders

Orders via our online shop, individual offers, order confirmations or other contract conclusions are binding after conclusion of the contract.

A general right of return, cancellation or cancellation does not exist for entrepreneurs, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Returns and cancellations

Returns, cancellations or changes to an order are only possible with the prior written consent of AURONIQ ROBOTICS GmbH.

Acceptance of a return or cancellation does not constitute recognition of a legal obligation.

AURONIQ is entitled to invoice the customer for costs arising from returns, cancellations or changes. This applies in particular to:

Transport costs already incurred
Packaging costs
Processing costs
Costs of special procurement
Costs for individual configurations
Costs of services already started
Costs for already activated software, SaaS or platform access

Special products and individually configured products

In the case of individually manufactured, configured or customer-specifically procured products, a return or cancellation is generally excluded. This applies in particular to:

Individually configured robotics systems
Hardware components according to customer specifications
Custom-made products
Project-related procurement
Specially designed software solutions
Activated licences
SaaS, platform or cloud access
Digital twins and simulation environments
Customer-specific integration or engineering services

Digital products, software and SaaS access

Digital products, software, license keys, SaaS accesses, platform accesses, cloud services, digital twins, simulation environments and other digital content are provided after conclusion of the contract in accordance with the respective service description.

After provision, activation or activation of digital services, a return, cancellation or refund is excluded, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing or a legal warranty claim exists.

Warranty rights remain unaffected

The above provisions do not affect the legal or contractually agreed warranty rights.

If a product is defective or a service is not provided in accordance with the contract, the regulations from our General terms and conditions as well as the legal provisions.

A right of withdrawal must be distinguished from this: A revocation allows consumers under certain conditions the solution of the contract without giving reasons. Warranty rights, on the other hand, concern defective goods or services.

Notice for accidental consumer orders

If an order is made accidentally by a person who does not act as an entrepreneur, AURONIQ reserves the right to refuse the order or to withdraw from the contract.

By submitting an order, the customer confirms that he is acting as an entrepreneur, legal person under public law or special public assets.
