Your challenges and tasks

Identification and active development of new cognitive robotics business opportunities, from initial engagement with potential customers to signing the contract

Consulting customers from industry, logistics, healthcare and retail in the analysis of their automation potentials and the development of suitable robotics solutions

Creation and presentation of feasibility studies, technical concepts and solution architectures for customer-specific applications

Support of projects from the concept phase to the structured transfer to the engineering team, including requirements management and interface responsibility

Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships in the DACH area as well as active representation of AURONIQ at trade fairs, conferences and customer events

Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams from engineering, AI and system integration to technically validate and marketable solutions

Your profile

Impressive ability to communicate technically complex robotic solutions in a comprehensible way and to convince customers at decision-makers and specialist levels

Entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to identify market potentials, to prioritise opportunities and to drive forward independently

Systemic thinking with secure navigation between customer requirements, technical feasibility and economic sustainability

High self-motivation, readiness to travel within the DACH room and the ability to act in a dynamic start-up environment with short decision paths

Sovereign communication skills in German and English, both in technical detail and in strategic coordination at management level

In addition, you bring the following experiences with

Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, industrial engineering or a related technical or economic subject

At least four years of professional experience in business development, technical sales or consulting, ideally with proven success in customer acquisition of cognitive technology solutions

Proven experience in the robotics or automation industry, whether working for a manufacturer, integrator or as a user in one of the target industries

Experience in creating technical concepts, feasibility studies or offers for complex system solutions

Existing network in one or more of the target industries (Industry, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail)
