AURONIQ ROBOTICS wins "Productivity Award for SMEs"

At this year's Productivity Symposium, AURONIQ ROBOTICS was awarded the "Productivity Award for the Mittelstand". The award honours companies that create concrete solutions for the challenges of the industrial middle class with innovative technologies, in particular in the areas of productivity, automation and shortage of skilled workers.

The award focused on our industrial applications in the field of physical AI and cognitive robotics. Mobile, AI-based solutions for flexible production and logistics processes were presented. The presented applications show how cognitive robotics already supports production processes today and helps companies implement automation economically and scalablely.

A central practical example was the autonomous machine assembly at a medium-sized supplier. There, mobile robotics systems load and unload several CNC machining centers in 24/7 operation – from the extraction of raw parts to the storage of finished workpieces for quality control. As a result, the skilled workers are relieved of monotonous and repetitive activities while increasing production capacity.

In our keynote, "The Cognitive Revolution – Automation Next Level with Physical AI", we also pointed out how cognitive robotics will become the decisive future technology for Europe. Topics such as demographic change, increasing shortage of skilled workers and the international competitive dynamics were the focus.

"Technology is ready and practical. The start-up time decides on the competitive position of the next decade", stressed our CEO and Co-Founder Mathias Stach during the symposium.

We see the award not only as a confirmation of our work, but also as a signal for the German middle class. Adaptive automation through cognitive robotics means, from our point of view, the targeted relief of qualified professionals and the protection of industrial competitiveness. Especially in high-mix and low-volume productions, demands are increasingly being created, which classic rigid automation alone can no longer solve economically. Here, cognitive robotics systems and mobile manipulators use to close the automation gaps quickly and cost-effectively.

For us, the award is at the same time an incentive to advance the development of practical robotics solutions and to develop new applications for the intelligent factory of the future together with industrial partners.
